Through my personal experience in the lab, I found a perfect workaround. If you have an Android 15 device that the tool won't catch, simply update it to Android 16 first. Once the phone is on the latest version, the Halab Tech Tool works like magic.

Phase 1: Identifying Your Device Info

Before flashing or unlocking, you need to know exactly what you are dealing with. We use the SamFW Tool for this.

2. Connect your phone to the PC.

3. Click on "Read Info."

4. Note down these three things:

   • CSC Country: (e.g., INS for India, BNG for Bangladesh).

   • Bit Version (Binary): This is crucial. You cannot downgrade binary.

   • Android Version: (Confirming if it is 15 or 16).

Phase 2: Downloading the Right Firmware (For Android 15 Users)

If your phone is on Android 15, follow these steps to prepare it for the Halab Tech Tool:

1. Go to Google and search for your model (e.g., A266B SamFW).

2. Open the SamFW website result.

3. Select your CSC Country.

4. Look for the Android 16 firmware.

   • Priority 1: Find a file with the same Bit Version as your current phone.

   • Priority 2: If an exact match isn't there, download the lowest available Android 16 file for that model.

5. Extract the firmware using WinRAR.

6. Flash the phone using the BL, AP, CP, and CSC files to update it to Android 16.
